I was interested today to read about the proposed actions that will be taken regarding those who 'persistently' file share. It seems that a leaf out of the french's book means a three strikes and your out policy. Will this work? when I am not so tired, I will post my thoughts.

Personally, I'm sure that the 'new' threats will be a deterent - there are always ways around these things
